You agree to abide by the rules of these forums as follows.

1 – First and foremost please respect the rights, feelings and opinions of all other people who use these forums.  This means that NO personal/direct attacks or insults will be tolerated.  If you don’t agree with an opinion then feel free to debate it but if taken too far then the ‘staff’ of the Ley will be forced to moderate.

2 – While censorship is not something that the Ley wants to promote there will be certain sensitive topics (for example real-life religion, sexuality, etc) that will be treated very carefully.  These topics may be subject to ‘heavier’ moderation than usual and may even be banned (at least on a temporary basis) completely at our discretion.  Remember that first and foremost the Ley is here to talk about the LT game world, its players and its characters.

3 – At the discretion of the staff of the Ley, members may be subject to their posts being moderated or deleted and/or their accounts suspended or banned.  Fair warnings will normally be given for this (such as contravening the rules/guidelines) but, as with the rules themselves, this is not exhaustive.

4 – While it is true that the moderating team are human and can make mistakes arguing a ‘staff’ decision on the public forums is NOT allowed.  If you want to challenge a decision please do so via PM to the specific moderator, to the ADMIN or via email (theley@rpcommunity.com).

5 – No anonymous posting is allowed.  All accounts have to be manually verified before posting.

6 – Content posted is the views of the author and not necessarily those of the Ley itself.  However, the Ley retains the right to moderate/delete content at any time.

7 – This is important – DO NOT TAKE THE P**S.  This rule has existed since time began and will continue to exist when we are all dust.  End of the day this rule is a ‘catch all’ of sorts.

8 – As these rules are in no way comprehensive or exhaustive the Ley staff will need to interpret them using their own judgement, which means that – from time to time – rules that are not here may be enforced.

9 – The administrator’s decision is final.

10 - … at the end of the day we are all human and all have our own views/agendas.  All I can do is ask that you play nice with each other and try your best not to make anyone’s (including my own!) life difficult.  Think before you post.

Note that the posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily the views of this forum, its staff, its subsidiaries, or this forum's owner. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify a moderator of this forum immediately.

You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate.
